Did you know that, after water, tea is the most frequently consumed beverage in the world?! I have always been a biiiig tea drinker and I used to drink many cups of tea every day. But in the last year or so, I've discovered for myself iced tea thanks to Fuzetea and now drink iced tea even more than regular warm tea, because iced tea has proven to be one of the healthiest drinks available, not only reviving on a hot day but also keeping us healthy👌

Drinking tea helps prevent tooth loss by changing the pH in your mouth and so preventing cavities.

6. Chills the nerves

People who drink tea are able to de-stress more quickly than those who don't. And the more tea a day you drink the lower level of stress hormone cortisol you have in your blood!
