You don't have to go to gym to work out! You can just as easily stay active at home or in a park or pactically anywhere :)
I made a series of workouts for you while I was in Turkey. They all cover the basics everyone wants to work on - butt, abs and fat-burning cardio. I did those exercises outside, but you can do them inside at home with a help of a chair just aswell.
These 4 exercises are all about building a firm bootie and slimming your legs. Let me know what you thought about them after you finished your workout!
