Since some of you have asked me, I am showing you what I typically eat during the day. The meals are pretty much the same every day with few exceptions and some cheats aswell every now and then. I eat after every 3 hours, so it makes about 5-6 meals a day depending how long I'm awake that day. I don't count calories, I just try to eat as clean and healthy as possible. I am however counting them now for you (and for myself) to see how many calories a day I consume, cause I know I eat way too many fats, but I can't help it - I just love peanut butter and avocado!

Breakfast

  • 5 egg white omelet (75 cal)
  • 2 rice cakes with natural peanut butter and banana (539 cal)
  • 2 cups of green tea

Snack

  • 2 home-made turkey meatballs (400 cal)
  • 1 apple (65 cal)
  • 1 cup of green tea

Lunch

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas with chicken, cottage cheese and tomato (329 cal)
  • 1 banana / apple (120 / 65 cal)
  • 1 glass of water

Dinner

  • Salmon with vegetables (196 cal)
  • 1 rice cake with avocado (386 cal)
  • 1 glass of water

Snack

  • 2 home-made turkey meatballs (400 cal)
  • 1 cup of green tea

After workout

  • Protein shake (23 cal)
  • 1 grapefruit / apple (36 / 65 cal)

Total: 2570 cal

Wow, seems a bit shocking now that I calculated all my calories... I should really stop eating that much healthy fats, cause as you can see they make the most of my daily calories. If I would skip the avocado and peanut butter rice cakes, my daily calorie consumption would be 1645 which is a lot better result for a woman.
