I'm starting a series of workout routines you can do daily. I designed them to last for 10 minutes so you can find time to do those exercises every day or combine different exercice groups for a longer workout, depending on how much time and motivation you have. All my workout routines can be done at home so that not having enough time/money etc to go to the gym is no longer an excuse ;)

The first area I'm focusing on is butt, since having a firm booty is every girl's dream and it takes a lot of consistent work, so it's time to get started! If you haven't been training at all beforehand you can start by doing all the exercises half the reps so the whole workout would last for 5 minutes. Or if 10 minutes seemed too easy for you, add double the reps to your routine and get a 20 minute workout. For example instead of doing 30 squats, do 15 for a 5-min workout and 60 for a 20-min workout.
