Celebrating Easter with a brunch has been a tradition in our family for as long as I can remember. My mom always made pasha and we would bring in fresh branches with blooms from the forest to put on the table and had eggs in all possible forms😁 Fast forward to year 2020, we're still keeping the tradition, only this time we'll have to celebrate it with an 'At home Easter Sunday brunch' including a delicious breakfast of ingredients like caviar, fresh ciabatta, champagne and eggs, of course🍳

So here's a list of what we're having (at it's a perfect brunch combo for any Sunday!):
  • eggs - poached, boiled or fried
  • ciabatta - fresh from the bakery
  • salmon - cold or hot smoked
  • caviar - with onion & sour cream
  • avocado - every brunch must-have
  • asparagus - fried with butter & sea salt
  • potato croquettes or plinis to go with the caviar
  • champagne - ofc!
That makes the perfect easy-made snack buffee brunch. If you'd like to mess around the kitchen more, then a few brunch dished including eggs that I love are shakshuka, omelet and baked egg dish. For sweet options either go with the classics aka fluffy pancakes or make the classic Easter pasha🐣
