Water is such an essential part of our lives, making up to 60% of our bodies. And being well-hydrated is one of those simple, everyday health-boosters we can do to ourselves to provide optimal function to our skin, joints, kidneys, bowels, blood pressure, circulation and much more. But since our bodies loose water constantly through breathing, sweating and digestion, it's important to rehydrate by drinking enough water as well as eating foods that contain water😉
