The weather has been so grey lately that I was super happy waking up this morning to some sun. Although my morning started with giving blood at the doctor's. Nothing serious, at least I hope so! I just wanted to check if everything's OK cause I've been feeling super tired lately, my hair is falling out like crazy and my eyes hurt constantly. Add that to me not having eaten meat or dairy products for years and we've probably get a body in serious lack of vitamins and minerals... Oh well, let's see what comes out once the results are in and hopefully I'll start to feel better again😊
Meanwhile on a happier note, I wanted to show you the outfit I wore a few days ago. If you look it like that - a camel coat, pair of jeans and some black boots - it seems like nothing special. But! By adding some accessories it is so easy to upgrade your somewhat ordinary outfit and give it a new breathing😉 The simplest way is to put a belt over your coat that will give great contrast and also shape. Another fun way to amp up your look is by wearing fisnet tights underneath your jeans, which is super in trend right now. And if your don't want to go crazy with your outfit, you can always tie a scarf over your coat like I did. Wear it in a brighter color and voilaa you've got a whole new look!

Ilm on viimasel ajal nii kole hall olnud, et tĂ€na hommikul Ă€rgates oli kohe eriti tore pĂ€ikest nĂ€ha. Isegi, et mu hommik algas arsti juures verd andes. Pole miskit tĂ”sist, vĂ€hemalt ma loodan! Tahtsin lihtsalt vereproovi anda, et kontrollida, kas mul organismis kĂ”ik korras on, sest tunnen end juba tĂŒkimat aega nii vĂ€sinuna, mul tuleb meeletutes kogustes juukseid peast vĂ€lja ja mu silmad on ka pidevalt paistes ja valusad. Arvatavasti ei tee asja paremaks ka see, et ma pole aastaid liha ega piimatooteid söönud ning suure tĂ”enĂ€osusega selgub tulemustest, et mu keha on tĂ”sises vitamiinide ja mineraalainete puuduses... Aga ootame tulemused Ă€ra ja loodetavasti saan end peagi juba paremini tunda😊
NĂŒĂŒd aga veidi rÔÔmsamatel teemadel, tahtsin teiega oma paari pĂ€eva tagust riietust jagada. Kui vaadata minu outfitti nii - mantel, teksad ja mustad saapad - ei tundu see midagi erilist. Kuid! Lisades vaid mĂ”ningad aksessuaarid saab oma mĂ”nevĂ”rra tavalise komplekti muuta lihtsalt huvitavamaks ja anda sellele uue vĂ€ljanĂ€gemise😉 KĂ”ige kiirem viis oma mantli upgrade'imiseks on lisada sellele vöö, tĂ€nu millele saab tuua juurde nii kontraste kui ka anda vormi. Teine vĂ”imalus oma rĂ”ivastuse huvitavamaks muutmiseks on kanda teksade all vĂ”rksukki, mis on hetkel ĂŒlikuum trend. Kui aga ei soovi oma riietusega vĂ€ga hulluks minna, siis vĂ”ib alati piirduda lihtsalt salli lisamisega mantli peale, nagu mina tegin. Kandes seda mĂ”nes erksamas vĂ€rvitoonis saab nagu nipsti oma mantlile uue vĂ€limuse!

  1. Eeeeee, mismĂ”ttes mineraalide vaeguses?! Ma olen alati aru saanud, et oled megateadlik toituja ja saad aru, et kui mingid toidugrupid Ă€ra jĂ€tad (no tegelikult lihast ja piimast ei saa sa suurt midagi kasulikku) vĂ”tad lisandeid juurde vĂ”i sööd selliseid toite, kuskohast vajalikke aineid juurde saad. Ma olen siiralt ĂŒllatunud.

    1. Noh ega ma ka ei tea, sellepĂ€rast igaks juhuks vereproovi tegema lĂ€ksingi. Omateada toitun hĂ€sti, kuid ometi olen nii vĂ€sinud ja juuksed / kĂŒĂŒned nĂ”rgaks jÀÀnud. Eks paistab, millest see tuleneb. VĂ”ib-olla kĂ”ik ok, aga vĂ”ib-olla tunneb mu keha millestki puudust ja ega seda muudmoodi teada ei saa, kui asja uurides, mille pĂ€rast ma analĂŒĂŒse andma lĂ€ksingi. AinuĂŒksi omateada tervislikult toitudes oma keha sisse ju ei nĂ€e. Ja pealegi, ma olen megateadlik hea toidu armastaja, mitte ainult tervisliku toidu sööja ;)
