Daily 10 Minute At-Home Arm Workout Routine
I hope you are all doing my
10 minute butt workout every day and seeing some results already :) So now it's time to move to another body part and work on your arms. In my opinion there is nothing sexier than a woman with toned arms and shoulders.
Do the exercises the same way as you did for your butt. Do half the reps for a lighter 5-min workout and double the reps for a harder 20-min workout. If you don't have any dumbbells at home you can easily make them yourself by filling 2 bottles with water and using them for the exercises. Have an efficient workout!
